S3 International, Inc. (S3I), is a wholly owned by S³, and is the Corporation’s agent for delivering aviation training, logistics, maintenance, simulation, and C4ISR operations to Partner Nations.

S3 Arabia (S3A) is the wholly owned subsidiary of S3I, with offices in Riyadh, that complements and expands S3I’s services overseas in support of the Saudi Arabian Ministry of National Guard (MNG), as subcontractor to Prime GDC ME.

Global Logistics Support Services (GLSS) focuses considerable experience and capabilities in logistics on USG maintenance, supply, and transportation requirements for air and ground systems. GLSS specializes in managing large work forces under the Service Contract Act (SCA) or employees covered by Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBA).

Kachemak Bay Flying Services (KBFS) provides FAA certified products and services to General (Civil) Aviation and supports Contractor-Owned, Contractor-Operated Government contracts with the company’s own fleet of airplanes and helicopters. These services include aviation maintenance and avionics repair, pilot training, external load operations, and on-demand transport.
