Overview

The Programmatic Domain of the Expedited Professional and Engineering Support Services (EXPRESS) Program is a multiple award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) leveraging commercial processes and innovative enhancements established within the “evergreen” aspects of the General Services Administration (GSA) schedules program to incorporate dynamic teaming arrangements and to offer the right mix of professional and highly technical advisory and assistance services to Team Redstone.

Scope

 provides all supervision, labor, incidental materials, and other services necessary to provide programmatic support in monitoring, assessing, coordinating, analyzing, and integrating component programs/activities, including briefings/presentations and agendas for the total life cycle of the systems.  supports Advanced Technology Demonstrations (ATDs), Advanced Concept Technology Demonstrations (ACTDs), Non-Developmental Items (NDIs), Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) and other acquisition streamlining initiatives. We also provide input, advice, and recommendations to special teams formed to provide expeditious resolution of programmatic problems.
