System Studies & Simulation, Inc. (S³) Opens Crestview Flight Training Center in Crestview, FL

On 15 March 2015, S³’s Director of USAF/SOF Programs opened the newly renovated Crestview Flight Training Center (CFTC) in Crestview, FL. The CFTC combines more than 3,000 square feet of office, classroom and mission planning space, and almost 5,000 square feet of hangar space. This new training center provides S³ a solid base from which to conduct USAF Pilot, Sensor Operator, Loadmaster and Flying Crew Chief training in the PC-12NG, C-208 and other platforms. The CFTC has a separate area for simulation training that incorporates two PC-12 Part Task Trainers (PTTs), a Honeywell APEX Cockpit Trainer and a Pilot Desktop Trainer (PDT). The CFTC employs a cadre of experienced former USAF Evaluator Pilots and Mission System Operator Instructors who have extensive experience in U-28, AC-130, and PC-12NG aircraft.
