On 7 August 2015, S3 graduated its third USAF MD-530F pilot, who will be assigned to an OCONUS location as an Air Advisor to a Partner Nation Air Force. Assisted by S3 wholly-owned subsidiary Kachemak Bay Flying Service (KBFS), S3 provided classroom, hangar, academics and flight instruction at Temple Draughon-Miller Central Texas Regional Airport. Training consisted of Basic Qualification, Mission Qualification, and Instructor Training in the MD-530F, including low-level, remote operations and weapons delivery techniques. The USAF has scheduled another pilot for training in January 2016 as the Service continues to stay engaged in Rotary-Wing Air Advisor operations.
